Fine, with caveats
The dumpster pad was slick with grease and now it is safe to walk on. Good result overall. One section of the lot needed a second pass.

5.0Our lot looks new
Our parking garage in San Francisco had not been cleaned in years. The gum removal alone was worth the price.

1.0Missed appointment
I would not recommend this for a commercial property. Grease and gum were still visible afterward.

5.0Our property looks great
Booked them for the bank drive-up after a bad storm in San Francisco. They used the right pressure so nothing was damaged.

5.0Night and day difference
The office building entrance at our San Francisco site had a black film of grime on it. They were fully insured and provided a COI without us asking.

5.0Reliable and thorough
They cleaned the gas station canopy at our San Francisco location before we opened for the day. Our inspection passed with zero cleaning-related notes.
