Requests and confirmation
Submitting a request, or downloading an RFQ packet, does not create a contract and does not reserve a crew. Work starts only after the provider confirms scope, site access, price, and schedule in writing.
- Quotes are for the units and site described. Added units or a different yard need a new confirmation.
- The buyer is responsible for site access, lockout rules, and telling the crew about hazards.
- Water reclamation and disposal follow the requirement stated for that site.
