This policy covers getwashattest.com and the WashAttest booking and attestation service. It does not cover sister sites operated by other Slyyyde family businesses, which publish their own privacy policies.
When you submit a booking or contact request, we collect what you provide directly: name, email, phone number, service address, and details about the job. We also collect standard site-usage data (pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location from IP address) through analytics tools to understand which pages are useful and to keep the site running reliably.
We use booking and contact information to route your request to an attesting provider, respond to support questions, and improve the attestation standard and site content. We do not sell personal information to third parties.
If you submit a booking or quote request, we share the details needed to fulfill it (contact info, service address, job details) with the provider or providers who can serve your market. Providers are independent businesses and are responsible for their own handling of your information once a job is booked.
We use cookies and similar technologies for essential site functionality (such as keeping you signed in) and for aggregate analytics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; doing so may affect some site features.
We retain booking and contact records for as long as needed to provide support, resolve disputes, and meet legal or accounting obligations, then delete or anonymize them.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you by emailing support@getwashattest.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and verify your identity before making changes.
WashAttest is intended for adults arranging services for themselves, their property, or their fleet. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
We may update this policy as the service changes. The effective date above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
